Tony Ennis
Founder, ENLITE Sales Performance
ENLITE was built from real-world experience—shaped by years of working alongside sales professionals navigating complex opportunities, high expectations, and the pressure to perform. This perspective continues to inform how the work is designed, delivered, and applied today.
A Practitioner’s Perspective on Sales Performance
ENLITE Sales Performance was founded by Tony Ennis to address a gap observed over decades of sales leadership, training, and coaching:
Sales professionals are often taught what to do—but not consistently supported in how to apply it, or why it matters to the customer’s business.
ENLITE exists to close that gap.
Why ENLITE Was Created
Over time, a consistent pattern emerged:
Sales training was often event-based rather than developmental
Deal coaching was frequently unstructured and open-ended
Sellers were left to translate concepts into practice on their own
Performance relied too heavily on individual heroics
The result was inconsistency—despite strong intent and capable people.
ENLITE was created to offer a different model—one that treats sales performance as a discipline supported through structure, coaching, community, and real-world application.
A Personal Perspective
I help B2B sales professionals and leaders achieve greater impact through clarity, structure, and purpose.
By transforming complex selling into practical, repeatable frameworks, I enable sellers to prospect with confidence, build strategic relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
My work blends the discipline of a teacher, the mindset of a strategist, and the heart of a coach—focused on helping others perform at their highest level.
Experience and Background
Tony brings more than 30 years of experience across B2B sales, leadership, marketing, and business development.

Point of View
Tony believes effective selling:
Begins with understanding the customer’s business
Requires navigating complex stakeholder environments with intention
Earns trust through relevance—not persuasion
Protects brand integrity and margin
Improves through disciplined practice over time
This perspective shapes every ENLITE offering.
Today
Today, Tony works with sales professionals, leaders, and organizations who believe in their value—and want to sell in a way that reflects it.
Through ENLITE, his focus is on helping sellers elevate from vendor to strategic partner, and helping organizations build sustainable sales performance that endures.
